The Sonoran Ranch Estates II Community Association's Board of Directors manages the association. Board members are elected by the general membership, which consists of all homeowners on record for the Association. The Sonoran Ranch Estates II Bylaws provide more information about the Board and the Annual Meeting.

Agave Management Solutions administers the Association's business affairs, including weekly inspections, tax filings, and annual report preparation.
  
The Association's Design Review Committee (DRC) oversees the approval of exterior changes to the lot or dwelling, not limited to remodeling, renovations, and new construction. The DRC must approve all projects in Sonoran Ranch Estates II, including new installations and modifications.
